At the most recent unofficial owners meeting, we discussed the following:

• Optimum has submitted notice of their resignation

  • It is unknown how the current Board will proceed regarding management of the community

• There is a growing need for volunteers, even with minimal time commitments:

  • A construction committee that can review reports, bids, prices, etc will be immensely helpful in the future

  • With the pending recall, we need potential Board members to step forward. Everyone should be encouraged to run if they are interested.

• Owners are encouraged to submit any potentially pertinent documents to info@ylvillagesowners.com that may relate to:

  • Optimum Property Management

  • Action Property Management

  • Requests for documents and responses,

  • etc
